We asked our CBA Photographers to send us their top shots from 2014, and all we can say is WOW! Do we ever have some talented members! We will be showcasing their amazing talents on the blog over the next two weeks, but today we bring you our “Top 10 Calgary Wedding Photos of 2014!” Prepare yourself for majestic views, unique angles, fairytale kisses and genuine emotion at it’s best – without further adieu and in no particular order, here they are!
We are in love with this shot from TheMou Studio Photography. It’s adorable, romantic and majestic all at once. The bride looks stunning (her dress and shoes are perfection!), their expressions are perfect (they look so in love!) and the light snowfall gives it just the right amount of romance. This photo could be straight out of an Audrey Hepburn movie.
Christy of Christy D. Swanberg Photography is truly talented when it comes to capturing genuine emotion at weddings. Her photos are never too pose-y and she always manages to at capture the fun side of a celebration perfectly!
We’ve been seeing quite a few canoe shots on the wedding blogs lately, but there’s just something about the lighting and colours in this image by Edward Ross Photography that caught our eye. So beautiful!
We still can’t get over the fact that this shot was taken at the Calgary Zoo! We are imagining a bunch of tigers staring up from down below 😉 – but seriously – how perfect and original is this shot by DeVuono Photography?
Now that’s a kiss! This is such a unique shot that only a truly talented photographer like Paul McGrath of PMG Image could capture! This amazing veil shot makes us want to see the rest of the photos from this beautiful wedding!
This is quite possibly our favourite groomsmen photo ever! When we saw this image we knew Paul McGrath of PMG Image needed to take a second spot in our top ten. The lighting is fantastic and the emotion is so genuine. What a great photo!
This.Image.Is.Magical. There’s something the unique way Jennifer Jones Photography captured the light coming through the branches that gives this image an ethereal feeling. Simply lovely.
It’s so great to have a night-time shot for a change, and with a sky like that, why not?! Thanks for this stunner Sofia Katherine Photography!
Such a fantastic shot in front of the falls in Banff. We have seen a lot of shots here but this one is breathtaking! That kiss! Credit goes to Terry Photo Co.
